In 2020, Botto’s Italian Line restaurant in Swedesboro, New Jersey was featured on 24 Hours to Hell and Back, a reality TV show where Gordon Ramsey comes to your restaurant, berates you, and then gives you a $40,000 renovation! Executive head chef Enrico Botto broke down how real reality TV actually is, the true reason Botto’s agreed to the show, and the question we all want the answer to, what is Gordon Ramsey really like?
